How to reset the picture frame?
For the 10.1-inch frame:
Please press the reset button on the back of the frame to reboot the machine and try several times.
 
For the 15.6-inch frame:
  1. Find the reset pinhole on the back of the machine. (Right next to the USB port)
  2. Use a needle or toothpick for anything that would fit into the reset pinhole.
  3. Insert the needle into the reset pinhole.
  4. Press the power button to restart the picture frame.
 
Note: Resetting the frame will delete all data, including photos, friends/connections, and settings. Be sure to back up your photos before proceeding.
Why can't I import photos from SD card?
Here are a few troubleshooting steps to fix it:
  1. Reboot and unplug the frame
Try to power off the frame: Turn off the frame and unplug it from both ends for 30 seconds before reconnecting.
  1. Check SD Card Requirements:
Ensure the SD card is 64GB or less and formatted to FAT32. If it doesn’t meet these, the frame might not detect the SD card at all and the following message will be displayed; "An external storage could not be found."
  1. Check File Formats:
The frame is only able to import photos in the following file formats: .jpg / .jpeg / .png
If files are in a different format, you can convert the files to a supported format from your computer.
